We stand behind Genio AI. If you're not satisfied with your paid subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.

Eligibility

  • Available on your first-time purchase of any paid plan (Pro monthly, annual, or Lifetime).
  • Request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original transaction.
  • Not available for renewal payments, repeated subscriptions, or accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email support@genioai.com from the email address associated with your Genio AI account.
  2. Use the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Account Email]".
  3. Include your order number or the date of purchase. Sharing your reason is optional but helps us improve.
  4. Our team will confirm receipt within 24 hours.

Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 2–5 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

After the Refund

Your account will revert to the Free plan immediately upon refund approval. Any data created on paid features remains in your account, but Pro-only features will be locked until you subscribe again.
