By accessing or using Genio AI (the "Service"), operated by Genio AI ("we", "us", "our"), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Genio AI.
You must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
The Service is offered on a tiered subscription basis (Free, Pro, and Lifetime). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our third-party payment processors. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees and any taxes to your chosen payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.
All prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise specified and are exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' prior notice; price changes will not apply to your current billing cycle.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases of any paid plan (Pro monthly, annual, or Lifetime). To request a refund, email support@genioai.com from your account email within 7 calendar days of purchase, using the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Account Email]" and including your order number or purchase date.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days; bank settlement may add 2–5 additional business days. Refunds are not available for renewal payments, repeat subscriptions, partial billing periods, or accounts terminated for breach of these Terms. Upon refund, your account reverts to the Free plan immediately.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; you will retain access to paid features until that date. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time, except as required by applicable law.
You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service ("User Content"), including text, documents, and prompts. You grant Genio AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, and transmit your User Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service. We do not sell your User Content, and we do not train our AI models on your private inputs without your explicit opt-in consent.
AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for academic, business, financial, medical, or legal decisions.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to generate unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing content; (b) attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service; (c) submit malware or interfere with the Service's operation; (d) use the Service to violate any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and underlying models, is owned by Genio AI and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted to use the Service in accordance with these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a manner that creates risk or legal exposure for us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and your data may be deleted after 30 days.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Genio AI's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
